Julie has over 20 years of experience as a Real Estate Trainer, including 4 years as a NV Real Estate Pre-licensing Instructor.  She has been an active REALTOR® since 2009 specializing in residential real estate sales. Since relocating to the Greater Las Vegas area in 2015, she has been focused on Coaching real estate agents to achieve their career goals.

Originally from Ireland, Martin has been a Las Vegas resident since 1998 and a full-time Realtor since 2008. He has helped hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors, managing both traditional and nontraditional transactions such as REO sales, short sales, guardianship sales, bankruptcy sales, and 1031 exchanges. Martin was a mentorship coach at Keller Williams for several years. In 2024, he joined the Coach Connell Group to support new agents in achieving their dreams.

Lysa spent many years specializing in partner relations and internet marketing for high-tech Silicon Valley start-up companies.  That business experience was invaluable as she transitioned into a career in real estate.  As a trusted Realtor® since 2017, Lysa is dedicated to providing professional advice and excellent service to her clients.  In 2024, she was invited to join Coach Connell Group as an Assistant Coach where she will help new agents launch their own real estate careers.

Claire began working in the real estate industry back in 2000 as a Leads Coordinator and Broker's Assistant.  She launched her Transaction Management business in 2017 and has been a trusted business partner of Coach Connell Group since 2020.
