Director of Productivity Coaching, Founder - CCG
After navigating a corporate real estate career, a recession-driven layoff, two market resets, and a cross country relocation, I know exactly what it takes to grow a real estate business in any market. I help agents create clarity, structure, and consistent income by focusing on proven systems, daily habits, and real-world coaching—not theory. If you’re looking for practical guidance, accountability, and support from someone who’s built success more than once, you’re in the right place.

Claire began working in the real estate industry back in 2000 as a Leads Coordinator and Broker's Assistant. She launched her Transaction Management business in 2017 and has been a trusted business partner of Coach Connell Group since 2020.

LYSA ROSSI WARREN
Assistant Coach
Lysa spent many years specializing in partner relations and internet marketing for high-tech Silicon Valley start-up companies. That business experience was invaluable as she transitioned into a career in real estate. As a trusted Realtor® since 2017, Lysa is dedicated to providing professional advice and excellent service to her clients. In 2024, she was invited to join Coach Connell Group as an Assistant Coach where she will help new agents launch their own real estate careers.
